I think it's rare to find an unused item since it was released in 2021.
This model is a fusion of the classic tennis shoe Club C, first released in 1985, and the trompe-l'oeil (deceptive painting) technique that Maison Margiela excels at.
A scan of the Club C is drawn on a single piece of flat leather, and the stitches, curves, and shadows are expressed three-dimensionally, resulting in a unique special edition.
There are some minor scratches on the outer box from the time of purchase.
