The only flaw is that in a couple areas the stitches became loose or open where there was more stress on the shoulders. I did repair most of them easily with needle and thread. Noted in the last pictures. The fabric is more worn in the back where they were up against the body, but otherwise the bag is very clean and good condition without any major defects that I can see.
