Elegant vintage cameo brooch surrounded by a rectangular frame measuring 1 3/8" x 1 5/8" with 16 Austrian crystals. I am not sure what metal the brooch is made of, it was plated in gold color and that has worn off with age, so it looks two toned. Not sure what material is the cameo as well. Found the same pin on the internet that had it's original box and it describes this brooch as "Now and Then Cameo Pin, Genuine Austrian Crystal."
