This Vintage is a small Dunster Protean Pottery Jug, standing at 6.5 cm tall, with a blue and cream glazed agate ware pattern. Dating to the 1960's the little jug is still in great condition with only the smallest crack just on the inside of the pouring lip. The distinctive marbled swirled glaze pattern is characteristic of agate ware. The design has been noted for resembling images of Jupiter and other planets.
