Made In The USA.
Appears to be Early/mid 80's Levi's Sherpa Fleece Lined denim jacket. Solid, sturdy, well-made in USA jacket with soft and nicely faded medium weight supple denim shell with solid stitching and thick, soft, warm fleece lining in the body and sleeves. It features a 6 button front snap closure with snap close chest pockets and sleeve cuffs. This jacket also has the "slit" opening pouch pockets on the belly.

29" across the chest from armpit seam to armpit seam
25" total sleeve length from cuff to top shoulder seam
21" total sleeve length from cuff to arm pit seam
23.5" total width across the shoulders/back 1 inch above the shoulder cross seam
29" total length from top of collar down back to bottom hem.
