Vintage songbook 1967 Cream Diraeli Gears Hansen Pub with 12 songs & 8 photo's

This is a rare find and my own original copy purchased late 1960's when I played in R&R band. (Still have my Fender Strat).
First of all this book is in VG condition well kept with little wear.
Second this is the original Hansen Music Publication song book in standard music form. IT IS NOT A MUCH LATER HAL LEONARD TAB BOOK.
Title is 'Cream Disraeli Gear HP songbook.
It has 32 pages with 12 songs from the Cream LP of the same name AND 8 group photo's.
The real value is as of a R&R collectable since now a days all 1960's songs have many instruction video's which really nullify the Hal Leonard stuff.
