A professional range of back stapled pre-stretched artist canvas manufactured to the highest quality standards with traditional 100% linen cloth and medium grain surface. Stretched by hand for best tension and tailored corners. Professional frame construction with kiln-dried beveled stretcher bars 1-5/8 inch deep staple free edges can be painted to display finished paintings with or without a frame. Triple coated with acid free sizing and two coats of highly pigmented acrylic primer ( 12 oz/sq yd primed ). Ideal for all techniques including heavier applications of colour. Balanced absorbency and tooth prevents sinking of oil colors and improves adhesion. Excellent for use with oil acrylic and alkyd colour.

- The warp and weft threads weigh the same, meaning they are less prone to expansion or contraction due to moisture
