The Winco ASP-10 is a commercial-grade 10 quart sauce pan designed to be the workhorse of any kitchen. This sauce pan features tapered sides allowing for easier stirring and churning ideal for long cooking times at lower temperatures due to limited heat exposure. This saucepan is made from 3mm thick 3003 series aluminum designed to withstand daily use in a commercial restaurant kitchen. This 10 quart sauce pot features a natural finish that provides even heat distribution. The handle is reinforced and riveted in place for a secure grip and long-lasting durability featuring a helper handle to increase stability when manuvering a full pot. A hanging hole in the handle allows this pan to be hung for convenient storage. This sauce pan is compatible with gas and electric heat sources (not induction safe). Lid sold separately. Hand wash only. NSF listed.
