The closure with 1 mm play to the lid and the plastic ball guarantees a smooth and jerk-free swivel when pouring. The opening of the water carafe is large enough to fill with ice cubes or all sorts of different fruits, such as lemon or lime slices. A strainer integrated into the lid ensures that additions used in the carafe remain in the carafe when pouring. After use, the closure can be completely disassembled and cleaned with the carafe in the dishwasher. The carafe is suitable for the fridge due to its size.
