The WMF Vitalis is not for nothing considered the smallest professional kitchen in the world, because with just one pot you can cook, steam, roast, fry and stew. The program includes various cooking inserts as well as porcelain bowls that allow you to cook several dishes at the same time. The gentle preparation preserves vitamins, aroma and colour of the ingredients. Whether fish, vegetables or meat: the dishes retain their own taste. The temperature can be conveniently controlled at any time via the thermometer (up to 100 °C) in the glass lid. All WMF Vitalis steamers have cold handles and a TransTherm® universal base for all types of cookers, including induction. The pots are made of easy-care Cromargan® rustproof 18/10 stainless steel and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. For the WMF Vitalis, designer Peter Ramminger was inspired by slots for the oven. Part of the task was fulfilled, namely to make the roasting pan more functional. But it should also become more innovative: TV chef Johann Lafer had the igniting idea of integrating a thermometer into the glass lid. This allows you to control the temperature from the outside without lifting the lid. The WMF Vitalis family includes a roasting dish and an aroma steamer in different designs. The stainless steel roasting pan with glass lid is suitable for searing and stewing on the hob as well as for casseroles in the oven. The aroma steamers made of easy-care Cromargan are designed as a small cooking kitchen for the stove. While the liquid boils in the roasting dish below, one tier higher the ingredients are cooked in the rising steam. For the single household, there is the WMF Vitalis Compact with 3.5 litre capacity, ideal for small quantities. All WMF Vitalis products have cold handles and a TransTherm universal base and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
