- Usage: Ideal for softwoods like pine, fir, maple, or poplar
- Use on softwoods when staining with or near hardwoods
- Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt, wax, or grease. Remove persistent wax with steel wool and solvent
- Mix product thoroughly with a circular, lifting motion
- Apply using a polyester or nylon brush, ensuring full coverage
- Allow penetration for 5-15 minutes, then wipe off excess. Avoid leaving a surface film
- Apply stain after 8 hours. Applying earlier may result in darker color and less control
