Simply trace the full-size pattern onto plywood, cut out using a handheld jigsaw, then prime and paint using the provided lines and color suggestions. The engine measures 32" x 45", and the entire display stretches over 10 feet long.
- Sizes: Engine - 32" tall x 45" wide, Bear Car - 28" tall x 28" wide, Elf Car - 24" tall x 28" wide, Coal Car - 21" tall x 28" wide
- Material: 1/2" thick exterior plywood
- Tools: Table saw or circular saw and jig saw
- Grounding: Use 4 or 5 steel fence posts with a carriage bolt or a wooden 2x2 stake and a lag bolt to secure
- Painting: Apply white primer (#PRIMQT) as base coat, then use suggested acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel colors
- Sealing: Optional - Use high-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for added outdoor protection
